Inside Sales Coordinator

We are currently recruiting for great Inside Sales Coordinator to assume a key role in leading and enabling service excellence for our customers.

Summary of Job Duties:

  • Support assigned sales team in the preparation and management of all order processes and enabling documentation to complete the sales cycle (sales and work orders, backorders, pick/pack lists, invoicing, collections)
  • Deliver outstanding service to customers through accurate and timely communications to our customers in regards to orders processed
  • Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication
  • Provide timely and accurate communications to our customers in regards to orders processed.
  • Maintain a professional attitude with sincerity and enthusiasm reflecting our commitment to our customers to deliver an outstanding service experience
  • Handle customer complaints, providing appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; and follow up to ensure resolution
  • Support and action administrative activities to achieve optimal operational efficiency

Requirements / Qualifications:

  • Degree or diploma in Business Administration or related field of study or a combination of education and experience
  • Minimum two (2) years’ experience in Inside Sales Support, Customer Service, or an office administration role
  • Demonstrated commitment to customer service excellence
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated initiative and teamwork
  • Obtain and maintain Level II security clearance
